u know what just hit me just now? the feeling that everything is not as fine and solid as i thought they were. and i mean the most solid things that i've known to be solid. my marriage could be completely dry of any passion beyond rescue while my career is on a slow but steady and hopeless decline. i've heard 2 comments from c that were so random but sharp. one was the 30rock comment tina made about 12-year marriage (ending with "go to bed without anyone trying any funny business"). and the other was that i was the only one that wanted the real estate dispute (years ago). as for career, i just learned that the company i left and its associates have gotten a lot of clients that passed on me. wow. i need a drink.
